Eligible Return Reasons
Returns are accepted if:
- Wrong item, model, or color delivered
- The product received is damaged or defective
- The product does not match the ordered specifications
Return Conditions
- Return request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
- Product must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags and accessories
- Images/videos of the issue may be required for verification
Refund Process
- Once approved, the refund will be initiated within 7–10 business days
- Refund will be processed to the original payment method
Returns will not be accepted for:
- Change of mind
- Minor variations in wood grain or polish
- Damage due to misuse or improper handling
