Refund & Return Policy

We take great care in delivering quality furniture. Returns are accepted only under specific conditions.

Eligible Return Reasons

Returns are accepted if:

• Wrong item, model, or color delivered
• The product received is damaged or defective
• The product does not match the ordered specifications

Return Conditions

• Return request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
• Product must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags and accessories
• Images/videos of the issue may be required for verification

Refund Process

• Once approved, the refund will be initiated within 7–10 business days
• Refund will be processed to the original payment method

Returns will not be accepted for:

• Change of mind
• Minor variations in wood grain or polish
• Damage due to misuse or improper handling
